The Caring Together Research Project
The Caring Together Research Fellow, Conrad Musinguzi, worked for three years under the tutelage of Makerere University School of Public Health, with support from Baylor-Uganda and Janssen Pharmaceutcia. Conrad studied the capacity of staff in Caring Together health facilities in comparison to facilities in a control region, West Nile. He discovered that leaders in Caring Together facilities showed transformational capacities.
Conrad's research has been published in the Journal of Healthcare Leadership: https://www.dovepress.com/relationship-between-leadership-style-and-health-worker-motivation-job-peer-reviewed-article-JHL.
